Account and order details may include names, email addresses, business details, delivery addresses and purchase records. Uploaded logos, artwork and Smart Page content are retained to provide the product. QRTAP does not store raw payment-card details.
How information is used
Information is used to provide accounts, process and fulfil orders, generate artwork, operate permanent tap links, deliver Smart Pages, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Analytics and visitors
Essential operational events may be recorded to keep products reliable. Optional website analytics and marketing technologies remain disabled until the relevant consent is given. NFC analytics use privacy-conscious identifiers and must not be presented as proof that a public review was posted.
Processors and retention
QRTAP uses specialist providers where necessary for payments, hosting, storage and transactional email. Information is retained only for as long as it is needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain accurate business records.
