This policy describes how QRTAP prepares and dispatches personalised physical products.
Production time
Production starts after successful payment and artwork approval. Preparation estimates are separate from courier transit times and may vary with order volume, materials and quality checks.
Delivery details
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address. Available services, charges and estimates should be displayed during checkout before payment.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, the courier and tracking reference appear in the customer account and dispatch notification. QRTAP is not restricted to a single courier.
Delays and loss
Customers should report overdue, lost or damaged deliveries with their order number. QRTAP will investigate with the relevant courier and explain the available replacement or refund options.
