Terms & Conditions
These terms describe the relationship between QRTAP, purchasers of personalised hardware and users of optional Smart services.
Products and artwork
Customers are responsible for checking uploaded artwork, destination links and the final approval preview. Personalised production begins from the approved design version attached to the paid order.
Permanent links
Each physical QRTAP product uses a permanent QRTAP tap address. Supported direct-link functionality is intended to continue without a Smart subscription, subject to lawful use, platform availability and the product remaining active.
Smart services
Smart subscriptions provide hosted pages and related features within the selected plan allowance. Cancellation should not disable owned hardware; affected products can use configured fallback direct destinations after paid Smart access ends.
Acceptable use
QRTAP products and hosted pages must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, harmful or infringing material. QRTAP may suspend affected services where reasonably necessary to protect customers, visitors or the platform.
